§ Speaking — Keynotes & workshops

Adoption is a behavior problem.
Most rooms haven't heard it that way yet.

Keynotes and ninety-minute workshops on the science of behavior change inside AI rollouts. Built for senior leaders, small business owners, and L&D teams who are done with pilot purgatory.

§ 01 — About Keith

The operator behind the work.

I help senior leaders close the gap between AI investment and actual workforce behavior.

I have spent the last fifteen years inside enterprise rollouts at Google, Meta, Uber, DoorDash, and Calibrate, watching pilots succeed in week one and stall by week eight. My advisory practice runs on the Activation Architecture™, a diagnostic system grounded in behavioral science. I work with CTOs, CHROs, and operators who are done with shelfware and ready to make AI adoption stick.

§ 02 — Workshops

Three workshops. Three audiences.
One operating thesis.

Each workshop is built on the Behavior Equation and runs ninety minutes. They are diagnostic, not motivational. The room walks out with a clearer picture of what's actually breaking inside their AI rollout and the first move to fix it.

§ 01 FOR SENIOR LEADERS

The adoption gap.
Why your AI rollout stalled and what to do about it.

Most senior leaders own the AI mandate without owning the behavior change that has to happen underneath it. The tools were funded. The pilots launched. The dashboards looked fine for about three weeks. Then license utilization flatlined and nobody knew why. This workshop diagnoses the failure inside the room. By the end, the leadership team has a shared diagnosis of which variable in the Behavior Equation is missing in their org and the first three moves to fix it.

WHO IT'S FOR

CTOs, CIOs, Chief AI Officers, Chief Digital Officers, VPs of AI, VPs of Engineering, and the senior leaders who funded the rollout and are now accountable for the ROI.

WHAT YOU WALK OUT WITH
  • A working diagnosis of where your AI adoption is breaking, mapped to Want, Ease, and Cue.
  • The license utilization pattern that nobody on your dashboard team has named yet.
  • The three questions to put to your L&D, IT, and operations leaders this week.
  • A 30-day action sequence to move adoption off the floor.
  • A shared vocabulary for the leadership team so the next conversation starts where this one ended.
FORMAT

Ninety minutes. In-person preferred for leadership teams of 8 to 25. Virtual available. Includes a working session, not a lecture.

§ 02 FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS

AI adoption when you're under twenty people.
The behavior moves that actually work at your size.

Most AI advice is built for companies with a Chief Transformation Officer and a budget for change management. If you're running a team of five to twenty people, that advice is useless to you. The good news, behavior change at your size is faster and cleaner. You can install the equation directly. This workshop walks the owner and the leadership team through the three moves that get a small business to real AI adoption inside thirty days. Without buying more tools.

WHO IT'S FOR

Founders, owner-operators, and leadership teams at companies under twenty employees. Especially services, agencies, and professional firms where the owner is also the workflow.

WHAT YOU WALK OUT WITH
  • A clear read on where AI is actually saving your team time and where it's just showing up in the Slack channel.
  • The two workflows in your business where AI should be embedded by next Friday.
  • A simple Cue Map for your team. The moments in the week where AI use needs to become automatic.
  • The mistake most small businesses make when they try to roll out AI like a big company.
  • A 30-day plan to move from sporadic use to default behavior across the team.
FORMAT

Ninety minutes. Designed for owners plus their full leadership team in the room together. In-person or virtual. Includes hands-on work, not just slides.

§ 03 FOR L&D LEADERS

The seat at the table.
How L&D leads AI adoption instead of cleaning up after it.

L&D usually gets the AI adoption call after the tools are already in production. The mandate arrives with no budget, no authority, and a deadline that started two months ago. This workshop reframes the L&D function from training delivery to behavior architecture. By the end, the team has a vocabulary, a diagnostic frame, and a positioning argument they can take to the CTO before the next purchase order.

WHO IT'S FOR

CHROs, Chief People Officers, VPs of Learning, Heads of L&D, Directors of Organizational Development, and the senior L&D operators who are tired of being handed the rollout after the contract is signed.

WHAT YOU WALK OUT WITH
  • The vocabulary that gets L&D into the AI conversation earlier in the buying cycle.
  • A diagnostic frame for evaluating any AI tool against the Behavior Equation before deployment.
  • The internal business case template for a behavior change layer on top of the rollout.
  • A read on which roles inside L&D need to shift, and which new ones need to exist.
  • A model for partnering with IT and the CTO without owning the full adoption problem alone.
FORMAT

Ninety minutes. In-person preferred for L&D teams of 6 to 30. Virtual available. Includes a working session and a short positioning exercise the team takes back into the org.

§ 03 — Bring it into the room

Speaking and workshop dates are scoped through one call.
Here's how to start it.

The conversation runs thirty minutes. It covers your audience, the format, the room you're trying to move, and the outcome you need on the other side. By the end of the call, you'll know whether one of the three workshops fits, whether a custom keynote is the right call, or whether the work belongs inside a longer engagement.
